Mysterious mask of unknown origin. Its features bear a resemblance to works by the Lega people, who originated in what is now Uganda and began migrating to their current territory in the Democratic Republic of Congo during the 16th century.

The mask’s appearance also evokes the enigmatic spirit 'No Face' (Kaonashi) from the film Spirited Away (Studio Ghibli)— a tall, nearly transparent humanoid who wears a white mask and embodies themes of identity and transformation. No Face is known for being able to mimic emotions and consume others to gain their personality and physical traits
